These terms govern access to Environmental AI applications, APIs, and professional services. By using our products, you agree to the obligations set out below.
Using Our Services
Environmental AI grants you a non-transferable licence to use our platform in line with the commercial agreement signed by your organisation. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the platform outside its intended environmental intelligence use cases.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information and maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
- Ensure submitted environmental datasets comply with applicable laws and third-party agreements.
- Promptly notify Environmental AI of any unauthorised access or suspected security event.
Liability & Governing Law
Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months, except where Spanish law prohibits such limitations. The agreement is governed by the laws of Spain, with disputes resolved in the courts of Barcelona.
